Your adventure begins with convenient pickup from Tirana or Vlorë and a comfortable journey through the Albanian countryside. Travel south toward the Ionian coast, enjoying scenic landscapes along the way.

Your first major destination is Ksamil, famous for its turquoise waters, beautiful beaches, and nearby islands. Enjoy free time to relax by the sea, swim in the crystal-clear water, or explore the coastline. Depending on the selected activities, you can also enjoy a boat or kayak experience around the Ksamil Islands.

Continue to Saranda, one of Albania’s most popular coastal cities. Take time for photographs and enjoy views of the Ionian Sea before continuing inland toward the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër).

Surrounded by lush greenery, the Blue Eye is one of Albania’s most impressive natural attractions. Follow the walking paths around the spring, admire its intense blue color, and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. For adventurous visitors, you may dip your feet into the exceptionally cold spring water.

After exploring the Blue Eye, relax during the return journey to your original pickup location.

Itinerary

1. Pickup — Tirana or Vlorë

Travel south through the Albanian countryside toward the Ionian coast.

3. Vlorë County — scenic drive, approximately 15 minutes
Enjoy views of the changing landscape during the journey.

4. Ksamil — free time and walk, approximately 30 minutes
Arrive in Ksamil and begin exploring the area.

5. Ksamil Islands — approximately 3 hours
Enjoy free time for swimming, sightseeing, relaxing, lunch, and optional activities such as a boat cruise or kayaking. You may also explore the coastline and enjoy local food.

6. Sarandë — approximately 1 hour
Continue to Saranda with a scenic drive along the coast.

7. Sarandë — photo stop and free time, approximately 45 minutes
Enjoy time for photographs, a short walk, and views of the Ionian Sea.

8. Drive to the Blue Eye — approximately 45 minutes

9. Blue Eye, Albania — approximately 105 minutes
Visit the famous natural spring, enjoy a guided visit, walk through the surrounding area, take photographs, and enjoy free time. Swimming or entering the water is subject to local conditions and regulations.

• Pickup may begin 90–120 minutes before the selected time, depending on traffic, season, group size, and pickup logistics.
• A short walk of up to approximately 15 minutes to a suitable meeting point may sometimes be required.
• Please be ready at your pickup point approximately 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
• This is a very long full-day excursion with several hours of driving. If you are prone to motion sickness, consider bringing appropriate medication.
• Transportation may be by car, minivan, or bus depending on the number of participants.
• The tour may operate in two or more languages depending on the group.
• Infants require a paid seat and the tour is generally not recommended for babies.
