How the Tour Works

Your experience begins with pickup from your designated meeting point in Tirana, Durrës, or Golem. From there, you’ll travel toward the countryside, passing through villages, farmland, and scenic rural landscapes along the way.

When you arrive at the riding location, local horse handlers will welcome you and introduce you to the horses. Before the ride begins, you’ll receive basic safety instructions and an introduction to the fundamentals of horseback riding, including how to approach the horse, mount, and guide the horse safely.

No previous riding experience is required. Beginners are welcome, and the horses can be selected according to each rider’s experience and confidence level.

Once everyone is ready, the horseback riding adventure begins. Follow peaceful countryside trails through open fields, green landscapes, farms, hills, and traditional rural areas. Away from the traffic and noise of the cities, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy Albania’s countryside at a relaxed pace.

During the ride, there will be opportunities to enjoy the scenery, take photographs, and experience the surroundings from a completely different perspective. Whether you’re an experienced rider or trying horseback riding for the first time, this is a relaxing outdoor activity and a memorable way to explore rural Albania.

After the horseback riding experience, you’ll have some time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the surroundings before returning to your vehicle. You’ll then be dropped off back in Tirana, Durrës, or Golem.
